Thirty-Second Blackberry Jam

I have been looking on Pinterest for a way to use up all the blackberries I picked and every recipe I liked used blackberry jam.  I mean looks at these:


Yumm!
 But I didn't have any blackberry jam just blackberries and I didn't really want to take the time to make blackberry jam. There had to be a faster way to do it right?
Well there is! At least for jam that you plan to use right away or at least within a few days.

Thirty-Second Blackberry Jam

Thirty-Second Blackberry Jam
1 cup Blackberries
1 Tablespoon Honey (more or less to taste)

Combine blackberries and honey in blender or food processor and blend until blackberries are broken up. And you are done!

We ended up using ours on toast and pancakes and never made those bars.  But I am freezing some blackberries to try them later.
